Accessibility Statement

Cetonix is committed to making this website and our deliverables usable by as many people as possible. This statement sets out where we stand against WCAG 2.2 Level AA, including the parts that fall short.

Conformance status

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means most of the content meets the standard and some does not. We state that rather than claim full conformance, because full conformance claims from organisations that have not audited properly are common and not worth much.

What we have done

Semantic HTML structure with a single h1 per page and a logical heading order.
Text contrast meeting the 4.5:1 minimum for body text in both light and dark rendering.
Full keyboard operability, with a visible focus indicator on interactive elements.
Descriptive alternative text on informative images; decorative images marked as such.
Form fields with associated labels and error messages in text rather than colour alone.
Responsive layout that reflows to 320px width without horizontal scrolling or loss of content.
Motion respecting the prefers-reduced-motion setting.
Page language declared, and page titles that identify the page.

Known limitations

We are aware of the following and are working on them:

Legacy blog content. Some older articles contain images without adequate alternative text and tables without proper header associations.
Report PDFs. Our sample penetration test reports are not currently tagged for screen reader navigation. If you need an accessible version of any report, email us and we will provide one.
Complex figures. Charts in reports convey information visually that is not always duplicated in text.

Deliverables

If you require engagement deliverables in an accessible format — tagged PDF, plain-text findings, or a structured export rather than a document — tell us at scoping. We will accommodate it at no additional cost, and we would rather you asked than struggled with what we send by default.

If you encounter a barrier on this site or in anything we send you, tell us and we will fix it. Email support@cetonix.com with the page or document and what went wrong. We aim to respond within five business days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, say so in reply and it will be escalated rather than closed.

Assessment approach

This statement is based on self-evaluation against WCAG 2.2 Level AA, using manual keyboard and screen reader testing alongside automated checks. It has not been independently audited. We will say so when it has.
